1Introduction & Acceptance

Bije baji (www.bijebaji.com) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bije baji and its users.

2Account & Eligibility Requirements

To register at bije baji, you must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Accounts created with false information, or where details are not updated when required, may be closed.
• We may request your national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your user ID and password strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. Report any unauthorized access to us immediately.

3Deposit & Payment Rules

Depositing at bije baji is quick and secure. The following payment methods are accepted:

• No additional fees are charged on deposits.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. All deposits must be made using your own payment method.
• If a deposit fails, the amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.

4Withdrawal Rules

4.1 General Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Bije baji reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled.
• Evidence of betting fraud or match-fixing.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error.

5.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change continuously and may shift right up until your bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at that moment will apply.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Bet

• Minimum bet: ৳50
• Maximum bet: varies by event and market (generally up to ৳1,00,000)
• Bije baji reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members get a 150% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳7,500). To claim this bonus:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Bonus code BIJE150 must be used.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited.
• Wagering requirement: 8x the bonus amount must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses may only be used on your own account.
• Bije baji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to fraudulently collect bonuses will result in account termination.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bije baji and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false details or using someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation (Bonus Abuse).
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.

8Account Closure & Restrictions

8.1 Closure by You

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

8.2 Closure by Us

Bije baji reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Directives from regulatory authorities.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).

8.3 Inactive Account Fee

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be charged an admin fee of ৳100 per month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

9Responsible Gaming

Bije baji is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We encourage all our members to enjoy gaming in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 7 days and 5 years.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your gaming session duration.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended once losses exceed a set limit.

11Dispute Resolution

• If your issue cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to senior management.
• In the event of any dispute, bije baji's decision will be final, though always reasonable and transparent.
• In disputes regarding game outcomes, our server logs will be considered the final and definitive evidence.

12Changes to Terms & Contact

Bije baji reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Regarding any changes:

• For major changes, a 7-day advance notice will be provided via email or on the platform.
• Minor changes may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
